Three Types of Fish Feed Pellet Machine
Fish feed machines includes three kinds of mechanical type, that is, the soft feed pellet machine, the hard particles and extruded feed pellet machine.
Soft feed pellet machine is the first one, most common, simple structure and low cost. Feed particles by this machine contain the same nutrient composition for the middle and lower levels of fish feed.
Hard pellet feed machine develops fast in China. It is mainly used for suppression of relatively low water content (13%) in raw materials, such as raw water is greater than 17% ~ 18%. Hard particles is relatively low moisture, easy to save, but not floating, for herring, grass carp and carp.
Fish feed Extruder, also known as floating fish feed pellet machine, developed a new type of feed processing methods. Floating fish feed pellets can improve the nutritional composition and digestibility, besides, can adapt to the fish intestinal short, poor digestion and physiological characteristics, which is an ideal for fish pellets.
Floating fish feed pellets can float six hours to 12 hours in the water, easy to use.
