Use Ring Die Pellet Machine Make Wood Pellets
Wood pellets made by different ring die pellet machine are of different sizes, mainly because of difference of the material compress ratio. Actually, it's easy to make the wood pellets.
The elementary thing is to choose a proper wood pellet machine, and then prepare proper raw material and a hammer mill. If you are using sawdust, there is no need of using hammer mill. Hammer mill is to cut wood chips or wood pieces to smaller sizes for the wood pellet machine.
Before put the sawdust or wood chips into pellet machine, you should dry them by use of a dryer. In most cases the temperature of 600 degrees Fahrenheit is recommended.
Next you have to put the sawdust or the substance through the wood pellet machine. The equipment will automatically squeeze it. Make sure you have got a pellet machine with the good die. That is where the pellets shaped. High pressure should be kept at all time, which is good for the pellets intensity.
Last but not least step is to let the wood pellets cool off. Coolers are usually used for this process. You will now sort the wood pellets and eliminate broken ones to keep high quality.
