It is known that flat die pellet machine is originally used for processing feed stuff. Nowadays in China, it is very popular among farmers who feed large quantity of animals. With the low consumption, small area coverage, competitive price, flat die pellet machine is the best choice for small feeding plants. During the process of making pellets, the temperature should be controlled at 70-80 degree centigrade, which can make the fecula into paste. At the same time, lignin in plants which is difficult to digest by animal, can be decomposed in the cooking process. Thus the pellets can be easier to digest and stored for a longer time.
With the technique development and new demand, flat die pellet machine is also applied to process wood pellets, wood sawdust, straw, various stalks and grass, etc. It has been already a renewable energy machine. However, flat die pellet machine is a little bit complex in processing wood materials as raw materials need some resin to be combined together. If the material doesn't contain enough resin content, a little binder such as oil cake or fecula residue should be used, which will make the final pellets more bright appearance.
Maybe there are other applications of flat die pellet machinef. But only at present, it has brought much benefits. We believe with the increasing trend that wood pellets has become the new fuel, it can certainly be used more and more widely.
